Isabella Owen Perelman also known as “Izzabella” in music collaborations—was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, but grew up and has lived in and around Washington, DC.  An award-winning singer-songwriter whose musical influences include folk, traditional, country, and Latin genres, Isabella has lived in Latin America and also sings in Spanish, French, and Portuguese. She performs at various venues in Northern Virginia, where she and her husband live near the Occoquan River.  You can find her songs under “Izzabella” on platforms such as SoundCloud, Amazon, or iTunes.

She dedicated her award winning song “Sea Changes” to the Ocean Rescue Alliance to share her passion of music and the ocean.
